Abby & Robbie are just about as sweet as cherry pie. Hailing from Charleston, South Carolina please and thank you. They chose the wonderland that is Casa Maravilla in Manuel Antonio to say their “I do’s”.

Surrounded by their close friends and family – and a very talented musical family at that – dad played the bag pipes, brother played guitar and mom sang beautifully. The talented Erin Little from Oasis Destination Weddings was their wedding planner extraordinaire. She ensured that everything went off without a hitch.

Robbie’s mom, who may be even sweeter then Robbie – if that is even possible – wrote me after she saw the photos to thank us. She thought that the photo of the couple near the pool at sunset reminded her of Gone with the Wind. My reply: “well goodness me ma’am, I do believe you just went ahead and made us blush”.

Not only did Abby & Robbie get married that day, after a little dinner and dancing – they bid their loved ones adieu by candlelight and took off for an incredible adventure. That’s right, they changed out of their bridal outfits and drove out to the airport that very night. They had quit their jobs and were going to start things off with a bang! That evening they flew to Eastern Europe for an amazing journey as husband and wife. Pretty rad if I do say so myself.

Villa Manuel: Lovely photographs. the pics of sunset is looking awesome.

Barbara Lesslie: We all can rattle off a list of what we feel have been and what is yet to be the most pivitol times in our lives. When we talk about those special times that have past, what usually stands foremost in our memories are the expressions on faces, the laughter, the tears, the unexpected gifts in fleeting stolen moments, and the power of the love felt and shared. These are times when we are with the ones we love the most and times we wish we could bottle and relive again and again. There are always pictures...but how many photos capture what we can't even sufficiently put into words? Well, that's where we have "a Brit & A Blonde" to thank. Robbie was the last of our four children to marry. He and Abby, his beautiful bride planned the wedding in Manuel Antonio at Casa Maravilla, so we had no idea what to expect. The emotions and the beauty were beyond words, but were perfectly captured by these amazing photographers! I can't tell you what a joy it has been to relive the indescribable in the treasured photos. These two have a special gift. They know what is important and know how to capture it in pictures! This mom will forever be grateful for this "Brit & Blonde"!!Most sincerely, Barbara Lesslie (mom of the groom)

Bob: Beautiful photos! The bride with her reflection looks great. I like the hands on the table to. Gorgeous sunset pics. Thanks for sharing. Wonderful blog.

The fab Meleesa (aka The Oceanside Bride) is back from her very own wedding in Cabo. And like a dedicated wedding blogger she is back at work and full of inspiration to share with her readers.

We are honoured that she loves our work and has just posted today the engagement shoot of Cynthia and Dali.
You can check out the full post here on The Oceanside Bride.

We shot these sun-kissed photos on the french side of St Martin. This is where Dali had proposed to Cynthia originally.

Cute overload alert: Dali did not know Cynthia’s ring size, since she never wears rings. So he proposed using a toy ring. He ended up having to buy a whole princess toy set in order to find the perfect one. What a prince charming!
