How marvellous would it be if you and your husband were the only ones at the AGO after hours?

Free reign to roam around all the collections and galleries – amazing and incredible art everywhere you look. Jess & Graham lived out my Ferris Bueller’s Day Off dream – not the fake sick part although super awesome (Save Ferris!) – the rad museum trip part of course. And when the museum has been designed by Frank Gehry himself – you cannot go wrong.

They are both in creative fields – Jess is a writer and Graham is an illustrator – so having their wedding at a museum was so so perfect for them. The nooks and crannies and architecture of the AGO was incredible to explore and with no other people around it was beyond beyond!

The wedding ceremony took place in Walker Court at the AGO at sunset. Surrounded by 120 of their nearest and dearest. And then fun cocktails followed in the Galleria Italia and then delicious dinner and speeches rounded out the night.

We could have happily stayed forever and ever (and ever) capturing images with Jess & Graham and #ALLtheART- it is an ah-mazing place for a wedding. But alas all good things come to an end. We look forward to being back at the AGO again soon Рthe art is calling us!
